Not having information is not the same as having plot holes. You should wait a bit so the story and its character can unfold. Besides that, relationships can be pretty messy. There are two sides to every story and most of the time the truth lies somewhere in between.

Yeah, despite what's being said by DPC, I find it hard to believe that he would permanently split paths so early. With at least 7 chapters to go, at minimum this would add a huge extra workload for DPC himself having to create major content differences for 3 paths from here on out. It has to be a temporary divergence leading to a reconvergence, surely?

right, there's also possibility he doesn't want to follow cliche porn game story structure and plans to create separate story lines, like in jap. vn's. like this is one of the major story choices that decides what route you're be heading.
